A few months after our birth, we received the honor of being named the best artisanal panettone in Veneto for 2023.

Our victory in the “Panetthòn” competition was not only a recognition of the quality of our panettone, but also of our philosophy: that of creating desserts without additives, preservatives or emulsifiers. Our team, led by the expert Davide Martellato and composed of the talented pastry chefs Matteo Miscioscia and Livio Padula, worked with commitment and skill to offer a panettone that reflected tradition and innovation.

Our panettone stood out for its authentic taste and its soft texture, winning over the jury of experts and starred chefs. We passed an initial selection and beat 11 other finalists, demonstrating that the craftsmanship quality is unsurpassed.

This recognition is a symbol of our commitment to keeping traditions alive, while embracing innovation. Our classic panettone, with raisins and citrus candied fruit, is a tribute to the Milanese recipe and has now become a point of reference for lovers of this Christmas dessert.
