We are a young and promising confectionery company specialized in the production of panettone, shortbread, sbrisolone and babà. Under the Dolcevia brand, we create authentic delights that capture the palates of every sweet tooth. Our artisanal panettone they are a riot of Christmas flavors and scents, while the crunchy biscuits they are an irresistible temptation. Our sbrisolone, with their enveloping fragrance, are a tribute to the confectionery tradition. And what about the Baba, soft and soaked in a juicy syrup, capable of conquering even the most demanding palates?

Under the brand El Padoan we create leavened products that use local ingredients, replacing the butter with oil from the Cornoleda mill for a result that goes beyond all expectations.
